Courtney is a dedicated mobility coach and registered massage therapist passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal movement and wellness. As a young mother who gave birth to her son at the age of 16, she faced personal challenges, including hip problems that arose during and after pregnancy. This journey ignited her commitment to understanding the body’s mechanics and the importance of mobility in everyday life.

With a solid foundation in anatomy and physiology, Courtney combines therapeutic massage techniques with personalized mobility training to enhance flexibility, strength, and overall physical performance. Having worked with a diverse range of clients—from athletes to those recovering from injuries—she understands the unique needs of each individual.

Courtney is dedicated to creating tailored programs that promote sustainable movement patterns, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.
